- Making sales invoices, journal vouchers, bank entries etc., in tally/SAP
- Ensure collections from customers/salesmen are duly deposited in bank
- Reconciling physical and book stocks (including vehicle stocks) and reporting variances periodically
- Update customer information
- Periodic customer reconciliations and balance confirmations
- Follow up with sales team for customer collections
- Controlling branch expenses and taking prior approvals before incurring any expense
- Handle monthly payroll disbursements after getting approved payroll sheets
- Check employee punching/timesheets for accuracy
- Review data to ensure that proper procedures are being followed
- Ensure all licenses/registrations for the branch are applied on time and maintained
- Pay City Service Levy on time.
- Report discrepancies immediately to the HO.
- Send daily reports in prescribed formats to HO
- Send Z reports promptly whenever required by HO team.
- Any other work assigned by your supervisor/manager from time to time.
