Job Description

Admin Receptionist
Salary range: 500,000 to 1,500,000
Nationality: Indian – Male or Female
 
Job Description:
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Greet and assist all visitors
  • Assist in document filing
  • Monitoring and ordering of office and pantry supplies
  • Handle utility bills of the company
  • Ensure cleanliness of the office
  • Administration of drivers and assignment of vehicles
  • Administration of services and maintenance of all company vehicles
  • Handle other administrative duties, as well as overflow work from other staff
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven Administrative/Receptionist experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills and attention to details
  • Can work well under pressure and display good organizational skills
  • Fluent in English - oral and written
