Successful candidate will be responsible for all cosmetics sales and office related administration and record-keeping as well as stock issuance.

  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

-          Recording all sales and preparing sales documentation (tax invoices & EFDs)

-          Preparing VAT calculations and returns

-          Monitoring and recording creditor accounts

-          Recording and summarising promotional and marketing activities

-          Ensuring hardcopy records are obtained and filed correctly for all aspects of the business

-          PC float management and recording

-          Recording and monitoring fuel allowances including staff logbooks

-          Recording and maintaining customer lists and details

-          Stock issuance and recording

-          Monitoring and reconciling Sales force stock on hand

-          Sales reconciliations
