  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description

  • Dealing with emails enquires
  • Diary management and arranging appointments , booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • General office management such as ordering stationaries
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customer
  • Distribute and store correspondence ( eg , letter, emails, packages)
  • Write minutes in meeting
  • Manage internal documents, external documents, and incoming documents
  • Translate incoming letter
  • Taking care company postal box letter
  • Manage admin department V- office system

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant university degree Qualification in Administration or equivalent;
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Working experience in telecommunication sector advantageous;
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken);
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to make complex concepts easy to understand, while keeping content relevant and compelling;
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and explain employment law;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and database management;
  • Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and problem solving skills;
  • Influencing and negotiating skills to implement personnel policies;
  • Curiosity and a willingness to challenge organizational culture where necessary;
  • Organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information;

Workplace:

The normal work place shall be in the Headquarter in Dar Es Salaam But based on business

Activity Company can assign mission to work in other location.
