JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
Ø Scan goods and collect payments
Ø Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
Ø Redeem stamps and coupons
Ø Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
Ø Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Ø Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
Ø Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Ø Keep reports of transactions
Ø Bag, box or wrap packages
Ø Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Ø SKILLS NEEDED
· An applicant should posses a diploma or degree in accounting or any other related field.
· A minimum of two years experience.
· An applicant must possess a strong communication skills , negotiation skills,Information technology skills.
Ø EFFORT NEEDED
· Strong, energetic and healthier so that she can perform her duties effectively.
