· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
· Issuing EFD receipts, delivery notes, dispatch books and release order books.
· Filling sales documents like delivery notes, stock release order books, dispatch books and receipts.
· Preparing Proforma invoice and Tax invoices for the clients.
· Collaborate with accounts and finance manager to ensure smooth running of an organization’s accounts department.
· Provide administrative support for operations team
· Handling external or internal communication or management systems
· Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
· Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
· Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
