Qualification: Degree/Diploma

Experience Level: Mid level

Experience Length: 2 Years

Job Description:

²  Create a better experience to customers by providing assistance and product information

²  Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

²  Handle and resolve customer complaints.

²  Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

²  Ensure customer information and signatures are up-to-date promptly

²  Ensure customer information is kept confidential and only released to the right persons.

²  Comply with KYC Regulation.


Desired Skills & Attributes Education and Experience

²  Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Social sciences or related

²  At least 2 years’ Experience in Furniture business/supermarket specifically customer service/sales/Marketing of Furniture products.

²  D Computer literate in using Excel/Ms word etc

²  Good command in English & Swahili
