A client seeking a qualified candidate for the position of a CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

 Holder of Diploma in Business Administration from recognized College, Knowledge of computer applications, with at least 3 years working experience in water Sector Water Supply and Sanitation Authorities. 
Age Limit 20 - 35. 

 DUTIES AND Responsibilities. 
 Processing of customer consumption based on meter reading received.
 Maintain customer records in ledgers ensuring 'accurate records. Preparation of customer bills and ensure they are dispatched. 
Enter customer payments in the ledgers. 
 Attend to customer all complaints and forward' to the appropriate section for resolution. 
 Any other duty as may be assigned
