The director of monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) will oversee the design and implementation of the performance management plan and MEL system,

  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 7 years

Job Description

Qualifications include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in statistics, monitoring and evaluation, or another relevant field, advanced degree preferred;
  • At least seven years of experience designing and implementing monitoring and evaluating activities for complex programs in developing countries;
  • An in-depth understanding of how to design and implement M&E systems for complex donor-funded activities of similar size and scope as the activity, preferably for USAID programs; and
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
