Job Description


.Coordinating all office activities and operations to secure office and compliance to the company policies.

.Must be very Excellent on typing and excel (very important) minimu of 40wpm

.• Sale and Marketing  company products using various customer sales methods;

. Markerting through  social media like instagram, facebook  etc

• cold calling

• presentations,

• door-to-door etc

• Maintain relationships with customers, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.

• Meet personal target and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed team sales targets

• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

• Attend various sales events including meetings, seminars and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments 

• manage contact information for sales prospects and existing clients within assigned area

• Coming up with creative ideas to be used in marketing campaigns

• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly 

Personal Qualities;

• The ability and desire to  Markert and sell

• A high degree of self-motivation and drive

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and driven


. One year in Office Adminstartion

• One year Sales and Marketing

• Banking or microfinance experience is an added advantage.
