Looking for an experienced General Manager, with an electrical background.  To manage a company which mainly deals in designing, supplying and maintaining Industrial level Kitchen and Laundry Equipments and appliances.

SALARY: Senior level with all benefit. Open budget for the right candidate

 

REQUIREMENTS

·         Experience in the above mentioned company services

·         Electrical education background

·         Well experienced senior candidate

·         Sales and target achievement past

·         Can build and manage a big team of staff

·         Flexible to travel constantly

·         Ideal customers access such as Hotels, resort and Lodges, Development Projects and manufacturing companies


 

Some Responsibilities

·         Oversee day-to-day operations

·         Design strategy and set goals for growth

·         Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

·         Set policies and processes

·         Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

·         Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

·         Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

·         Direct the employee assessment process

·         Prepare regular reports for upper management

·         Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

·         Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

·         Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

·         Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

·         Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

·         Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

·         Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

·         Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

·         Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
