Job Summary:

As a General Mechanical Supervisor you are responsible in supervising the day to day operation and general maintenance of the Hotel.


General Duites and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all equipments and unit are properly maintained and the  preventive maintenance  schedule are strictly adhered and to keep records for future reference and as per Hotel standards
  • Carry-out on job training to increase the skills of the mechanical workforce and expose to the multi tasking jobs
  • Supervise, monitor and work collaborately with the team to obtain the maximum performance and to ensure clear communication in order to meet Guest needs
  • Respond in all emeregency calls and and act in accordance with the Fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when the situation arises
  • Supervise and allocate tasks needed to ensure that the request are attended on time
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
  • Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

Additional to the above mentioned requirements an Employee will at times be expected to perform tasks and duites outside of his / her scope of work as necessitated by work demand
