Key Performance Areas:
1. Secure Cash
i. To conduct investigations on cash related matters and other tasks according to the instruction from the Risk and Compliance Manager.
ii. Conduct stop & search operations in the field (ATM Replenishment & Technical) and complete all required documentations.
iii. Branch Inspections within VIT to be conducted once a week and paperwork to be kept within respected file.
iv. Security Branch Inspections within Cash Centre to be conducted weekly and paperwork to be filed for records. Any serious matters identified to be addressed immediately (non-functional CCTV camera)
v. Conduct cash audit in Cash Processing Centre for the client’s consignments.
i. Initiate and complete investigations into loss/ disciplinary matters/ whistle blowing allegations.Investigate and determining route causes of incidents and losses and implement adequate controls to prevent re-occurrence.
ii. Give evidence at hearings/ to the police / the court
iii. Investigation of Cash Loss incidents, Final Report to be completed within reasonable time period.
iv. For the big loss reported to the risk department, preliminary report to be submitted within 24 hours for the management to be aware about the matter.
v. Apply lessons learned from loss to improve risk assessments and or procedures
Complete and submit comprehensive investigation reports according to the incidents assigned to work on.
i. If it will be needed, you have to conduct Stop & Search to the cash crews during ATM replenishment and technical activities.
ii. Maintain the cash services minimum security standards, ensuring that these are consistently applied within Business Units, ensuring that all employees are safeguarded and attack losses reduced.
iii. Produce requisite Security reports and analysis to agreed timelines.
iv. Frequency inspections of the ATM cameras and advice for those which are not good enough to meet cash standard requirements.
