Job Description

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION/ CERTIFICATIONS
● 3+ years’ management experience, preferably in the tourism industry
● Minimum of 6​-​years travel industry experience
● Middle management experience preferred
● Exposure to strategic planning and business analytics an advantage
● Exposure to re-designing process within the travel industry
● Relevant Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
● Solid Amadeus or similar GDS skills preferred

Responsibilities
● Use operations management skills, such as establishing work plans and objectives
● Manage human resources, such as hiring and training staff
● Use sales and marketing skills, such as determining potential markets
● Research new products
