ENTRY QUALIFICATION:

  • Holders of Secretarial Certificate and computer occupation level 
  • Secondary Education
  • Certificate with at least credits in English and Kiswahili

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage overall office administration: 
  • Project Planning 
  • Attended customer queries 
  • Processing payments, opening accounts, update records and other information 
  • Ensures prompt banking of all cheques 
  • Preparation of daily, weekly & Monthly reports
  • Devising and maintain office systems, including data management and filling 
  • Supervise hardware and software sales to customers 
  • Maintenance of office cleanness
