Job Description

•Integration Support with Banks/Payment Provider/Switches/Billers etc

•Application product pre-lunch test and Competitor products collection & analysis
•Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs
•Computer Operation systems Windows, ChromeOS
•Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to AWS teams on how to improve our services
•Desk phones, conference phones, mobile phones

•Access switches and patch panels, corporate network cabling


• Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer science, finance or related field.

•Knowledge of basic computer hardware\Router & Switch configurati  on\Virtualization Platform(VMware vSphere)
•Experience with MMO/Banks/Payment Provider/Switches etc
•Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows and ChromeOS
•Integration Experience with Banks/Payment Provider/Switches/Billers etc
•Extensive application(like Android app\OpenSource tools) support experience
•Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities
•Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
•Written and oral communication skills,Strong documentation skills

•Interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills


 The role will be based in Dar es Salaam.
