In order to enhance our efficiency, Platinum Credit is looking for competent and qualified high achievers to the vacant positions in the team.                        

Position: Zonal Sales Manager (1)

 

Office Location: Tabora

Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Department: Sales

 

Description of core duties:

                  i.     Ensuring Sales Representatives retention

                 ii.     Ensure that there is growth in the number of actual Sales Representatives within the zone.

               iii.     Ensure that there is growth in the number of active Sales Representatives within the zone.

                 iv.     Ensure continuous and thorough training of Sales Representatives through E-learning, Branch Managers/Team leaders and working with the Training Manager.

                  v.     Motivation, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the teams in all the branches.

                 vi.     Achieve Sales and recruitment targets of the zone.

               vii.     Sourcing for new business in the zone.

             viii.     Ensure 95% collection rates in conjunction with report from Sales Representatives Portfolio Performance from the Sales Analyst.

                 ix.     Ensure that Loan rejection rate is below 10% on a monthly basis.

                  x.     Timely submission of reports (Sales, tent, cycle plan & market penetration report and Zonal status reports.

                 xi.     Maintaining Regional inventory/assets according to the existing lists.

               xii.     Oversee office operation and administrative functions to ensure compliance.

             xiii.     Master and ensure the use of Market force in the region.

               xiv.     People management regarding HR issues in the region via reports.

                 xv.     Oversee the implementation of quality management in the region.

 

Description of minimum knowledge, skill and competency needed for the job

                i.     At least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

              ii.     3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales in a Financial Institution or Microfinance industry

            iii.     Flexible to travel.

              iv.     Good Sales planning, implementing, monitoring and assessing/analytical skills.

                v.     Leadership skills.

              vi.     Must be able to design business strategies.

            vii.     Good communication Skills.

           viii.     Reporting skills.

              ix.     Ability to manage a team.
