Front Office Manager

Job Summary

The office manager oversees customer flow and the daily operations of the general office. This position requires knowledge and experience in all facets of financial business office management. Accurate data entries, attention to detail and customer service skills are required.

Job Description

Belfrics is a young and vibrant Blockchain conglomerate based in Malaysia, with branches in Tanzania, Kenya, India, Nigeria, Mexico, Bahrain, Mexico and soon expanding to the US, Middle East and Spain. We're into everything-Blockchain. Be it Blockchain development, product development, solution development,

Blockchain consulting, Blockchain training and capacity building. We have built our own Blockchain Belrium, which is one of the very few Blockchains to have been built with an integrated KYC attribute, to particularly help nations, governments and enterprises with sustainable and productive utilities on the Blockchain. We also have dedicated verticals under Belfrics Group to address developments for decentralized applications, licensed digital asset trading platforms, Blockchain training and capacity building, Blockchain community building, etc. Most importantly, we are working with a few governments on a smart and e-governance based projects (national ID, healthcare, Land registry etc) around  the world.

Department: Operations FLSA: Exempt

Nature of recruitment: Internship (3months) prior to full employment


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervises staff and oversees daily office operations.

a. Establishes staff schedules, allocation of staff, and assures effective customer care.

b. Trains and rotates office stuff through various office duties to ensure cross coverage in all job areas.

c. Assesses staff performance, completes a 30, 60, 90 day review on all new hires and annual review on established employee

d. Oversees daily deposits and ensures batch reports /encounters are sent to the finance department accurately and timely (Bank Deposits, Service receipts, purchases records etc)

e. Conducts office staff meeting regularly

f. Oversees inventor and ordering of office supplies.

g. Works with finance to approve pending invoices in a timely manner.



Ensures all staff:

1. Answers telephone in a timely and polite manner, preferably within three rings.

2. Routinely demonstrates superior customer service skills

3. Communicates with customers in a courteous, professional, cooperative and mature manner.
