The Monitoring, Learning & Evaluation Officer is responsible with monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities at the District and sub grantee level in compliance to donor and WEI/Bantwana standards and protocols. S/he willmaintain regular internal data verification protocols, including regular data quality assurance site visits using standardized tools and protocols; coordinate data collection at the District level and monitor the quality and completeness of data for documenting project performance. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in implementing, monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems for USG-funded health and education programs; experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods; knowledge of USAID/PEPFAR standard indicators and reporting procedures; proficiency in relevant statistical software applications; fluent in English and Kiswahili; Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
