Job Summary

We seek an organized, personable, and detail-oriented office coordinator to join their organization. She will coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prepare Tenders/Proforma Invoices submit them at client office/email 
•Social Media Marketing
•Visit Potential and current customers offices/Sales/ Marketing
•Making cold calls
•Attend Industry related seminars/online learning, networking events
•Do office secretarial work
•Prepare outgoing mail, faxes and packages
•Frequently check office supply stock; reorder supplies when needed
•Uphold and carry out company office policies and procedures


Requirements: 
2 yrs experience 
Someone with IT background experience 
Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite
