Job Summary

We are looking to recruit a PA – Dynamic and highly organized, you’ll report directly to the MD. The ideal candidate will be charming and confident dealing with high level individuals as well as proactively managing all aspects of the MD’s schedule.

Job Description/Requirements

To provide full PA duties for the Managing Director

• To provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team

• To provide high quality documents, reports and presentations and in particular to provide timely And accurate minutes of Board and other meetings

• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff

• Completing tasks as required by the MD

• Scheduling of meetings, preparation of agendas, co-ordination of attendance and accurate and Timely minute taking for internal and external meetings up to Board level

• Producing high quality documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations (including external Production where required)

• Ensure Board documents, contracts and other important documents are easily locatable

• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

• Any other duties as required


Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a PA in a good industry

• A confident character with experience of operating effectively at a junior and senior level and manage upwards when required

• Self-starter who is comfortable working without close supervision and using their initiative is able to identify ways of improving efficiency

• Experienced practitioner with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to quickly build good working relationships at all levels and collaborate effectively with a range of internal/external contacts

• Displays tact and diplomacy, dealing discreetly with confidential information

• Displays attention to detail

• Good organizational skills are critical along with the ability to priorities workloads and manage time successfully

• IT Savvy(able to Schedule online meetings using various software’s E.g. Microsoft teams, skype, google zoom etc.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint in preparation of material at senior level

• Adaptable, flexible and resilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high volume of work and meeting deadlines

• Excellent minute taking skills, including and ability to minute discussions of a technical nature
